With the release of Version 2.42, the Zapier integration now includes the custom data gathered on splash pages.
With Zapier Integration you can connect the Smart WiFi Platform to over 1,300 other applications based on certain events.
Clients will love that their Guest data can be pushed to their POS, Email Campaign, or customer loyalty system. As long as their other applications are listed on Zapier’s website then they can connect!
There are two Zapier Apps. Operator level for you and Client level for your clients.
1. Operator Level Zapier API Data
You can retrieve Client & Hotspot information
Trigger: New Hotspot
- venue name
- status (enabled)
- billing system id
- postal code
- address (full address)
- lat (latitude)
- nasidentifier (NAS ID of the Hotspot)
- category id
- category label
Trigger: New Client
- client id

1. When a new Client is Added then the trigger can supply Client details to any other Zapier-connected App. (Per haps your billing system).
2. When a new Hotspot is added then the trigger can supply Hotspot information to any other Zapier-connected App.
2. Client Level Zapier API:
Your Client can retrieve new Guest information (no more than the last 24 hours)
