Why do the number of connections in Cloudtrax not match the Guests Connections Report?

CloudTrax defines a connection as follows, “when a client device connects to an AP in any way. In the case of our APs, a device does not have to be authenticated in order to have a client connection with the AP.”

However, all Marketing 4 WiFi platform guest connections are required to be fully autheniticated via our RADIUS servers. If a guest connection has not been fully authenicated via our RADIUS servers it will not appear on the Guest Connections Report.

As a result, the number of guest connections in Cloudtrax may not be one to one with the Marketing 4 WiFi Guest Connections Report.
