If Twilio is not configured correctly then an SMS verification will not be sent to the guest. We do not display any errors to the guest as to not confuse the guest. Use the “Test Twilio” feature to test your API as well.
Troubleshooting:
- Double check ALL the settings you entered for the Twilio API.
- Double check the phone number you were assigned from Twilio is SMS capable.
- Double check the phone number is properly entered in the Smart WiFi Dashboard customizations area.
- Open a support ticket with Twilio to see if they are able to help diagnose the issue.
