Smart WiFi Dashboard – Main Panel

The main panel of the Smart WiFi Platform Dashboard will show you the following items. If you’re logged in as an operator, you will see information related to ALL of the Client hotspots. If logged in as a Client User, then ONLY the information that the user has access to will be displayed.

1. The usage summary displays guest and connection information related compare to the previous 15 day period.
2. Displays the number of NEW guests since midnight (based on the operator timezone setting). New guests are users that have NEVER accessed this or any of the accessible hotspot(s) before. The accessible hotspots are mapped below.
3. The total number of unique guests that have ever logged in at the accessible hotspot(s).
4. The total number of connections that have logged in at the accessible hotspot(s) since midnight.
5. The total number of connections that have ever logged in at the accessible hotspot(s).
6. The average number of connections per guest at the accessible hotspot(s) since the first accessible hotspot(s) has been connected to the Smart WiFi Platform.
7. A real-time graph that displays connection and guest counts for the last 15 days.
8. The “Hotspot Insights” button will hyper-link to the Hotspot Insights panel if the logged-in user has permissions.
9. The total number of new, unique guests beginning at midnight of the current month.
10. The total number of unique guests (whether new or have logged in in a previous month) beginning at midnight of the current month.
11. The total number of connections that have logged in at the accessible hotspot(s) beginning at midnight of the current month.
12. The average guest connection time on the accessible hotspot(s) beginning at midnight of the current month.
13. The average number of times a guest connections to the accessible hotspot(s) beginning at midnight of the current month.
14. This area shows the last 5 connections on the accessible hotspot(s).
15. You can click on the social name or e-mail address to view the guest profile.
16. This area shows the top guest users on the accessible hotspot(s). Clicking on the social name or e-mail address will display the guest profile.
17. The “Guest Insights” button will hyper-link to the Guest Insights panel if the logged-in user has permissions.
18. A pie chart showing the type of devices guests have used at the accessible hotspot(s) in the last 15 days.
19. A pie chart showing the gender of guests have used at the accessible hotspot(s) in the last 15 days.
20. A bar chart showing the guests age group that have used at the accessible hotspot(s) in the last 15 days.
21. A dynamic map showing the accessible hotspot(s). This map is populated by adding a new Hotspot.
