My Client Weekly Reports are not being sent-what could be wrong?

If your weekly reports are not being sent to your clients then please verify a few items:

  1. Be sure that you have a valid SMTP server setup in your Operator Settings
  2. Be sure that you have created your weekly report templates – you can use the templates we have or create your own using the merge field keys at the bottom of the editor:


    Once you have saved templates then you can test the templates on the lower-half of this page.

  3. Be sure you have enabled the report to be sent to each Client
    Once you save the templates then they will show up as in your Client User to activate. The Client can also activate or de-activate the report under Client Settings.
