I’m receiving an “Invalid URL” error when I try to setup a Constant Contact Sync

You may receive a URL error when you or one of your clients tries to setup a Constant Contact mail list sync rule.

To correct this:

  1. Be sure that you and your client are logging into the dashboard using the same URL that is in your Operator Customizations>Dashboard Hostname
  2. Setup your own customized Constant Contact API Key by following the instructions HERE
