How to enable and use Contact Manager

To subscribe to the Contact Manager module please contact GoZone WiFi support.

This article covers the steps necessary to enable Contact Manager on a client and then lists suggested articles to utilize the Contact Manager and Scheduled Campaigns features.

Steps to enable Contact Manager for a Client.

  1. Login to the dashboard.
  2. Use the navigation panel to the left to go to Operator Settings> Add/Edit Client.
  3. Click the blue edit icon for the client you want to enable the Contact Manager for.
  4. Use the ‘Contact Manager’ toggle to turn ON the feature for the client.
  5. Use the Included Contacts & Included Scheduled Campaign Messages fields to configure the limits for a client before overages are generated in the Client Overage report.
  6. Use the navigation panel to the left to go to Operator Settings> Add/Edit Client User.
  7. Click the blue edit icon for the client user you want to enable the Contact Manager pages for.
  8. Use the toggles to enable the Contact Manager tree and submit the page.
