If you’re hearing complaints about guests getting disconnected from WiFi and you;ve checked the dashboard and equipment settings, then take a look at your equipment to see if they allow you to see the guest connections to the WiFi Network. If so, see if there’s an “RSSI” field that will show you the signal strength to a particular guest device. Use the handy chart below as a reference to determine if the signal strength is reaching the guest devices. If not, consider adding another access point or moving the access point closer to where the guests use WiFi.
