- If your iPhone connects to the WiFi but does not display the splash page open Safari and try browsing to a website like yahoo.com to trigger the splash page.
1. Turn WiFi OFF and Turn ON Again
- Go to iOS settings, then WiFi and turn WiFi OFF.
- Go to iOS settings, then Cellular and turn Cellular Data OFF.
- Go to iOS settings, then WiFi and turn WiFi ON.
- Connect to the Guest WiFi signal and complete log in process.
- Go to iOS settings, then Cellular and turn Cellular Data ON.
2. Turn OFF Ask To Join Networks.
- Go to iOS Settings, then WiFi and turn Ask to Join Networks OFF
- Connect to the Guest WiFi signal and complete log in process.
3. Manually Enter DNS
- Go to iOS settings,then WiFi and click the blue i for more information.
- Turn OFF Auto-Join and Auto-Login.
- Click Join Network.
- Open Safari and type 8.8.8.8 in the URL bar and hit Go.
- The splash page should be displayed in Safari.
4. Reset Network Settings on your iPhone
- Launch iOS Settings, then General tab > Reset and select Reset Network Settings.
This will delete all network settings, returning them to factory defaults. - After your device resets and powers on again, connect to the Guest WiFi and complete the login process.
