The following instructions outline how to setup a Engenius Cloud network for the Marketing 4 WiFi Platform. This guide covers configuring RADIUS profiles and guest access settings. This guide assumes that your Engenius Cloud equipment is already operational and with a live network ready to configure for Guest WiFi. Please make sure any firewall rules, web content filters, and other security measures have been configured to interface with the platform.
- Login to your Engenius Cloud account
- Select the Network under the Organization you want to configure
- Using the navigation panel to the left, Open Configure > Access Point > SSID
- Press Add SSID (Or Edit your desired existing network)
- On the Wireless tab configure with
- Name: Guest WiFi (or whatever you wish)
- Enabled: ON
- Type: Wireless
- Security Type: Open
- On the Captive Portal tab configure with
- Enabled: ON
- Authentication Type: Custom RADIUS
- Server 1 IP Address:
- Server 1 Port: 1812
- Server 1 Secret: Available in the Edit Hotspot page in the Marketing4WiFi dashboard, called RADIUS Secret in the dashboard.
- Server 2 IP Address:
- Server 2 Port: 1812
- Server 2 Secret: Available in the Edit Hotspot page in the Marketing4WiFi dashboard, called RADIUS Secret in the dashboard.
- NAS ID: Checked
- NAS ID Value: Available in the Edit Hotspot page in the Marketing4WiFi dashboard, called SWS/Hotspot/NAS-ID.
- Accounting Server: Checked
- Server 1 IP Address:
- Server 1 Port: 1813
- Server 1 Secret: Available in the Edit Hotspot page in the Marketing4WiFi dashboard, called RADIUS Secret in the dashboard.
- Server 2 IP Address:
- Server 2 Port: 1813
- Server 2 Secret: Available in the Edit Hotspot page in the Marketing4WiFi dashboard, called RADIUS Secret in the dashboard.
- Bandwidth Limit by RADIUS: Checked
- Redirect URL: Select “Redirect users to a specified URL after login” and configure with
- Open Advanced settings and under the Walled Garden section, use the + button to add the Whitelist Entries one at a time.
