Disabling CloudPath

Disabling CloudPath for a Client can affect several parts of your dashboard. You’ll want to review the existing hotspots under a Client after disabling CloudPath.

If any hotspots are still offering a Multi Device Guest Plan the Require Credentials toggle will be enabled and required again. As a result of this you’ll want to ensure if any are offering a Multi Device Guest Plan that their splash page contains the Sign in with Guest Plans button. This button is to ensure guests can login using their additional devices using the credentials they create at the time of purchase.
