Client Overage

The Client Overage report provides a centralized report of all clients billable metrics based on the settings in the Client profile. The report is available logged into the dashboard as an Operator under Reports > Client Overage.

The report will list each client, the amount of Guests, Sessions, Twilio SMS segments, and Contacts given to the Client based on their settings will be displayed in the ‘Included’ column. Any overages generated based on these values will be displayed in the Overage column to its right.
