If you’re having difficulty with campaigns sending or triggering properly, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to see what the problem could be.
- No e-mail campaigns are getting sent.
Double check the Operator SMTP settings to be sure that your outgoing mail server settings are configured and configured correctly. - Some client’s campaigns are sending and others are not.
There are two possible areas to check.- Confirm that the Allow Marketing Campaign trigger is enabled under the Client Settings.
- Confirm that the Client SMTP server is empty so your operator SMTP server can be inherited or their SMTP server is properly configured.
- Confirm that the Allow Marketing Campaign trigger is enabled under the Client Settings.
