Campaign Troubleshooting

If you’re having difficulty with campaigns sending or triggering properly, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to see what the problem could be.

  • No e-mail campaigns are getting sent.
    Double check the Operator SMTP settings to be sure that your outgoing mail server settings are configured and configured correctly.

  • Some client’s campaigns are sending and others are not.
    There are two possible areas to check.

    1. Confirm that the Allow Marketing Campaign trigger is enabled under the Client Settings.

    2. Confirm that the Client SMTP server is empty so your operator SMTP server can be inherited or their SMTP server is properly configured.
